
Michelin Star MasterChef Domenico Acampora
Domenico was born in Milan and raised in NYC. As a young man he developed a passion for cooking and worked diligently to achieve his goal of becoming a world class chef. Classically trained in French cuisine he worked in Michelin starred restaurants in Paris, before establishing himself as a formidable head chef in his own right. Domenico has been awarded two Michelin stars for his exceptional cooking in Chicago and Milan. He has an impressive international CV, which includes Chef de cuisine for The Waldorf, Four Seasons, Conrad and Marriot hotels, as well as Le Cirque NYC.
Our restaurant is located on the Marina in St Leonards on Sea. On the ground floor of Marine court, an iconic 1930's art deco, grade 2 listed building in the shape of an ocean liner. Seating is for 25 people and we have an adjoining cocktail and wine bar, Amanti.
Our produce is sourced both locally and internationally. We use local and seasonal produce where possible. International produce when ingredients cannot be sourced in the UK.
We will be closing our St Leonards restaurant on Sunday 29th May 22. We are currently looking at several new locations that better suit our business. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes our customers. We hope to be up and running at a new location a little later in the year.
